Steam PC Café Program is the latest program from steam that allows net cafe and gaming arenas to manage and distribute purchased steam games

The Steam PC Café Program only supports specific steam games: https://store.steampowered.com/pccafe/
When logging in Steam store using a Steam PC Café account, the games that are supported by the program have an extra purchase button marked "Buy "Game Title" - Commercial License"
